1. City Pass Membership

The City Pass gives members access to exclusive content, perks, discounts, and experiences shared by participating businesses.The City Pass is non-transferable and valid only for the subscriber.We reserve the right to change, add, or remove perks at any time without notice.Any violation of community standards, abuse, or misuse of the platform may result in membership removal without refund.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your pass at any time, but refunds are only granted within 48 hours of purchase.After 48 hours, all purchases are final.

3. No Liability for Third-Party Services

Find You in the City is a media and discovery platform. We are not liable for the services, products, or offers made by third-party businesses listed, featured, or partnered on the site or app.Any interaction, transaction, or experience with a third-party business is solely between you and that business.

4. Messaging and Communication

By signing up, you consent to receive occasional promotional emails or text messages related to your membership and platform updates.You may opt out anytime by replying STOP to text messages or unsubscribing via email.

5. Membership Removal

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates our community values or misuses the pass or platform without refund or notice.
